Andy Pritchard
 Mr. Pritchard has over 25 years experience supporting organizations in improving the way in which they deal with their customers. He started his career in 1984 in the UK with Midland Bank (now HSBC) and moved to Price Waterhouse, later PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1991. Mr. Pritchard was admitted to the Partnership of PwC, in 1999 and moved to the company's United States operation in 2001. He then joined IBM in 2002 when they acquired PricewaterhouseCoopers' Consulting arm. Mr. Pritchard led IBM's global contact center optimization and multi-channel CRM practices. Mr. Pritchard left IBM in 2009 and founded ThoughtBurst. During his career, Mr. Pritchard has provided consulting services to numerous industries, including telecommunications, banking, insurance, capital markets, local government, high technology, media, entertainment, and retail. Mr. Pritchard is a recognized thought leader in the customer-facing solutions space and has a large body of published work. Throughout his career, he has presented at industry conferences, workshops and seminars. He graduated from the University of Sheffield in the UK with a B.A. (Hons) degree in Modern History and Politics.

Chris Braun
 Mr. Braun has over 27 years of legal experience and has developed a highly complex business litigation and corporate transactional practice that emphasizes quality and efficiency in the delivery of legal services.  Mr. Braun joined Plews Shadley Racher & Braun as a name partner in 1994.  He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of complex business litigation, toxic tort, regulatory compliance, class actions and other complex litigation matters.    He has taught advanced trial techniques and civil mediation at the Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis since 2001.  In 2009, The American College of Environmental Lawyers selected Mr. Braun as the leading environmental lawyer in Indiana.  In 2010, Mr. Braun was selected as a Distinguished Barrister for Leadership in Law by the Indiana Lawyer. Every year since 2001 he has been recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” and as one of Indiana “Super Lawyers” every year since 2004 for Environmental Law.  Chris is passionate about and tireless in his service to the local educational communities, and has served as Chairman and President of the board for several local Catholic educational initiatives.  Mr. Braun earned his B.A, with a major in Political Science from Wabash College and The Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies, Oxford, England.  He received a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University.

Jerry Hammel
 Mr. Hammel is the firm-wide Director of Taxation for Blue & Co., LLC, 56th largest CPA firm in the United States. He has over 25 years of experience serving closely-held businesses and their shareholders. Prior to joining the firm he was a tax senior manager with a national firm. He provides financial, strategic and tax planning services to a broad cross-section of businesses and individuals. Mr. Hammel has served various construction, manufacturing, and wholesale distributing clients in his career. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has successfully completed the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor program at Loyola University Chicago. He also specializes in state and local taxation, including income, sales and use, and property. He has served on the State and Local Taxation Committee for the Indiana CPA Society and taught several courses in the area of sales and use taxation. Mr. Hammel graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

David Pauley
 Mr. Pauley has over 27 years of experience in business leadership, practice management, and management consulting. He works with executive and senior management teams at large, mid-market, and emerging companies to develop and implement strategic plans with measurable business improvement. Mr. Pauley began his consulting career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton.He joined Price Waterhouse in 1986 and was admitted to the partnership in 1996. At PW/PwC he served in practice leadership roles at the national and global levels of the management consulting business being responsible for business planning, service/solution development, marketing, sales, client relationships, and business execution. In 2002, Mr. Pauley became a Vice President & Executive at IBM through the acquisition of the PwC Consulting business and served on the leadership team until his retirement in 2009. Mr. Pauley graduated from Indiana University with a B.A in Biology.

Jefrey Wallace
 Mr. Wallace is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PureRay Corporation, a clean energy firm focused on LED lighting solutions for the developing world. Mr. Wallace is also a founding managing partner of The Kairos Companies (2006), a boutique financial services company that advises both institutional and individual clients with regard to multiple investment and asset class strategies. Specifically, Mr. Wallace has led the Corporate Finance and Advisory practice assisting entrepreneurs strategize and fund the growth of their businesses. From 1998 — 2006, Mr. Wallace was on the initial team of four people who launched Knowlagent, a human performance enterprise software company that distributes its products worldwide. Mr. Wallace was primarily responsible for the sales growth of Knowlagent. He has a Masters Degree in Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelors Degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
